Chuck and Karina lead Homefront United Realty Group as the PLACE Partners for San Antonio. Chuck is USAF-Retired, following a primarily Joint career spent with the Army and Marines. Chuck brings his passion for serving his fellow military community to both our team and to his clients as a top producing listing agent and agent coach. How long will it take to get my license?

Depends on your location. 
For most parts of the US, plan for 1-2 months if it is your primary focus. 

What are my expected costs?

You’ll have low to no expenses. Most real estate agents spend 40-90% of their commission on expenses to run their business. These expenses typically include salaries, technology, marketing and advertising, supply costs, signage, photography, lead generation, training, coaching and systems. With PLACE, your gross income is your net income. 

How will I do more business by partnering with PLACE?

The combination of our training, technology, systems, leads, accountability, coaching, and brand will give you the tools to outperform the average agent with 10 years of experience. The top new agents on our team consistently close between 24 and 75 homes in their first full calendar year on the team. Contrast that with the national agent average
of 10 to 12 deals per year after a decade in the industry.

What will my schedule look like?

Your first 6-12 months will be very busy! And it gets better! In year one, you are learning, shadowing, absorbing, and doing. Then your knowledge, skills, and habits kick in with our systems. Systems make the ordinary extraordinary. As a member of PLACE, the combination of systems and leveraging all of the team’s resources means you have more time available to do what you get paid the most for – listing appointments and buyer consultations. Spend the remainder of your time doing the things you enjoy most with the people you love the most.

What other opportunities will I have?

Our unique Opportunity Model is designed so that every team member can build a team within our team that is more profitable and successful than the largest teams in the US. Imagine having your own  showing specialist,  administrative support, ISA, and listing agent – all while working with us. Additionally, our most successful agents earn the right to become partners in business and in real estate.

Where will I find clients to work with?

Our proven Lead Generation Model is a true partnership – with both an agent component and a team component. By plugging into our systems, following our models, and utilizing our tools, we expect you to generate and close 1-2 transactions per month from your sphere connections, open houses, and prospecting levers (calls, circle prospecting, For Sale By Owners, Make Me Move, Expireds, Canceled, etc). If you complete your weekly lead generation activities and regularly attend our Power-Up/ Stand-Up and scripts, you qualify for team leads from websites, digital advertising, sign calls, our inside sales division, referrals, etc. This should contribute an additional 1-2 transactions per month.

Can I eventually grow my own real estate team?

Love this question. Yes! There is a growth path from day one to help you grow from an Agent to an Associate to a Partner to a Senior Partner to a Managing Partner and to an Equity Partner. Along the way, PLACE will help you build your team within a team, and if it’s the right move,  then your own Partner team. While doing that, you’ll have opportunities in Revenue sharing, stock options, earning employee level healthcare benefits, hiring showing agents, adding your own admin support, becoming a real estate coach, and potentially become a leader in PLACE!
